Approve the issuance of permits for all types of Out-of-home (OOH) signage where displayed within Right-Of-Way (ROW), vehicles; any vacant land; building; or coastal area, or desert areas, including their structures and vacant spaces

Revoke a permit where this is mandated by planning and construction regulations or traffic safety requirements, or is required for preserving the aesthetic appearance of the Emirate

Oversee operational activities for all Advertising/Investment activities in customer service counters, front & back offices

Review work schedules and assign duties to assigned employees within the customer services unit to ensure efficient operations and timely processing and responses to applications

Ensure conformity of operations & processes with established standard procedures and practices

Perform periodic reviews of permit fee types and coordinate with respective authorities to ensure uniformity

Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout operations, and offer guidance and support to client as required

Review management required reports on operating functions according to annual objectives and KPIs

Develop and implement modifications and improvements, recommend necessary changes, processes, regulations in regard to the operational unit
