Understanding of various business processes, market dynamics, customer needs, financial metrics, and the OOH advertising industry as a whole

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients and stakeholders

Ability to anticipate market changes and make strategic decisions that drive business growth

Financial acumen to develop strategies and make business decisions

Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial; the candidate must be capable of conveying information to people clearly and simply, in a way that means things are understood and get done

Ability to work effectively in a team, by aligning own efforts with those of team members to achieve strategic goals

Ability to flexibly respond and adapt to changes in the business environment

A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field

At least 12 years of proven experience in sales or business development role, preferably in the same industry
