About The Service

The mini pole advertisement permit applies to advertising installations on DDA Dubai parcels. It covers DDA advertising approval and requires Dubai Development Authority permits for mini pole advertising Dubai projects. This permit is mandatory for DDA land advertising and DDA outdoor advertising, following official mini pole regulations and the defined mini pole approval process before installation.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the land or property owner, specifying the permission period

Design of the proposed advertising location with on-site measurements, dimensions and the advertising content

Permit to advertise on lands under Dubai Development Authority (for Non-Free Zones):

Approved Structural Plans and a Completion Certificate from Dubai Development Authority Building Activities Control Department - Construction Control Section

Hoarding Permit (for advertising on a hoarding)

The validity of the permit depends on the expiry date of the land owner's NOC, provided that it doesn't exceed 1 year. 
You can apply for an advertising permit for a period of 6 months or less, but the fee is calculated for a full year, based on Article (1) of the Executive Council Resolution No. (18) of 2013 . A part of a year is considered.
A full year, a part of a week is considered a full week, a part of a day is considered a full day, and a part of
a metre is considered a full metre. 
One of the requirements for automatic renewal is an NOC from the land or property owner. The period
of automatic renewal mustn't exceed 3 years for the following types of advertising permits: 
- Hoarding or fence
- Lighting pole
- Mupi
- Digital screens
- Unipole, minipole, and megacom
- Wall sign on a building façade.
You can apply to pay fees and fines in instalments through the following banks:
- Emirates NBD , for a period of 12 months, by following these steps .
- Emirates Islamic Bank , for a period of 24 months, by following these steps.
